I received one of the big (500g?idk) boxes of Cadbury Favourites for my bday last week which only had ONE(!) Caramello, which is my personal fave, so of course I had to write a letter.
Letter:
Yesterday I received a box of Favourites and was very disappointed to find only one Carramello yet 3 Turkish Delights and 4 Cherry Ripes.
At any occasion where a box of Favourites has been passed around the Turkish Delights & Cherry Ripes are always left at the bottom. In fact I don't think I've ever met someone who would go out of their way to eat either.
Maybe your market research contradicts what I've seen but can you at least put more than one Carramello in?
